Compact, upright and bushy plants can grow to 2 feet tall and are covered with clusters of 2 inch long fruits that range in colour. As fruits ripen they go from yellow, purple, orange to fully ripe when red. The peppers have thick walls that are perfect for stuffing and pickling or freezing, and hold up well when roasted as stuffed peppers, much like stuffed jalapeños without the kick. Not the most tasty of peppers eaten fresh, in our opinion, but are great for processing. Suitable for containers as well as the garden. 65 days to maturity.
