A range of pastel colours, these mostly fan-shaped heads bloom in pale yellow, peach, rose, salmon and a few in deep burgundy. Plants grow up to 4' tall with sturdy stems perfect for cutting and bunching, both for fresh and dried bouquets. Harvest once flower heads reach desired size, but before you notice black seeds developing. Strip most of the foliage off. Expect a vase life of 10 to 14 days. Flowers can also be dried for later use by hanging freshly cut stems upside down in a warm, dark place until they are firm to the touch. Adds a warmth of colour to the winter table. 90 days to maturity.
