Oblong pale yellow squash that produce sweet, stringy flesh. The plants can grow up to 5 squash per plant that go from green to yellow when ripe. Once baked the flesh separates nicely with the use of a fork into noodles resembling spaghetti. Just top with sauce and serve. Also makes a good cold crunchy salad that can be a nice change from coleslaw in the fall. 85 days to maturity.
