The colour intensity of the stems becomes more pronounced as the plants grow fuller, making them quite beautiful at full maturity! Smaller, tender leaves are ideal for salads, while older more mature leaves make for tasty wraps or stir-fries. 30 days to baby leaf, 60 days to maturity.
