Pink Beauty Radish

Raphanus sativus

These beautiful, round, pink radishes have a lovely crunch and mild flavour. They can grow quite large, and they stay delicious, non-pithy, and resist splitting. Direct seed first thing in spring, and throughout summer for a continuous supply. Thin to 1″. Radishes prefer cool, consistent growing conditions. This crop was grown for us by our friend Evalisa, the skilled seed farmer at Root Cellar Gardens in Thunder Bay, Ontario. 26 days to maturity.
