Making a comeback in our offerings, this Napa is no stranger to kimchi! Plants grow quickly with crisp, juicy leaves and is pretty quick to form heads. For fuller, dense heads it is definitely best to wait and plant mid-late summer for fall harvest. If the leaves are what you're after then a spring sowing will give you plenty of those in a short amount of time. We make kimchi with ours but they are always great in stir fries and chopped fine for salads. 60 days to maturity.
