Allium cepa

Medium-sized round onions with tan brown skin and white flesh and a mild enough flavour to eat raw as well as cooked. Nice and early maturing and stores very well into spring allowing us to eat them all winter! Developed in NY State, a great choice for Canadian winter storage. Our yellow onion offering while we develop our own strain here on the farm. 95 days to maturity.
