Jesse Fisk Dry Bean

Phaseolus vulgaris

A farm favourite dry bean grown for its use in hardy winter soups and chilis, it boasts a beautiful maroon coat splashed with tan colourings. Brought to New Hampshire in the 1740’s by Jesse Fisk of England, it is said to be rare. Plants have a bush habit and don't require trellising. 65 days to maturity.
