This Dutch heirloom, also called Dragon Langerie, has creamy yellow pods with purple stripping that turn yellow when cooked. The plants have a bush habit and don't need trellising. Crisp and juicy, these beans are best harvested at 6-8". Great for fresh eating but can be delightful when cooked - just be sure to slice into 1" pieces before cooking for best results - you don't want to cook whole. 60 days to maturity.
