A hardy 3' tall bushy plant produces soft, fuzzy, grey-green leaves and eventually, purple flowers - that pollinators love! Sage is a perennial that's hardy to Zone 4, so ideal for our bio-region. Use it culinarily in stuffings, when cooking poultry, pork and eggs too.
