Kohlrabi! Who doesn't like kohlrabi?! These delightfully purple bulbs grow to about 3" and offer up a crisp and juicy white flesh. Peel the skin and sprinkle a little salt on the flesh and enjoy. Maybe a little butter too. Azur Star is one of the best and most uniform open-pollinated varieties as they resist cracking and stay tender for longer. 45-50 days to maturity.
