Aubervilliers Cabbage - Heirloom!

A gorgeous heirloom that was a favourite in French markets; this crispy, round with a slight flattening on top cabbage can grow to 3-5lbs. With its tolerance to cool weather it is usually best grown as a fall cabbage. Its crinkled, savoy-type leaves are perfect for retaining any dressing, vinaigrette or sauce and are delicious fresh, steamed or braised. 75 days to maturity.
