An early, green french filet bean that is prolific and withstands disease pressures well. These laden plants produce green pods with an excellent taste that are best eaten at 5-6". This is Farmer Emily's (of Root Radical CSA) favourite green bean that is now available organically grown, yes! Try them lightly steamed or blanched with lots of butter! Chopped almonds are also nice, or a light vinaigrette. Annie likes these beens raw, eaten right in the garden. 45 days to maturity.
