This quick growing mustard grows lush green plants that produce good sized yellow seeds that are perfect for making mustard. The seeds can be ground into a meal and mixed with vinegar and other spices to make table mustard. Easy to grow and make your own custom mustard recipe. Some sources mention being able to make mustard from Brassica juncea, the black-seeded mustards, but they tend to be so spicy and pungent they veer towards being inedible. Dijon is a good choice.
