Just roast and serve! This vining delicata pumps out 2-3 lb oblong squash that ripen to tan with green stripes. Its flesh is rich, sweet and dry - perfect for baking or roasting - and its flavour is truly reminiscent of dates. Bred and developed by Carol Deppe & Nate France of Corvallis, Oregon, its our favourite delicata squash; 75 days to maturity. This is an OSSI-pledged variety.
