These oval 2" saladette tomatoes have deep mahogany-coloured, crack resistant skin with a red flesh interior and few seeds. Their smoky-sweet flavour and low moisture make them excellent for cooking down into a rich sauce, paste or for canning whole. They're also juicy enough to be eaten fresh or as bruschetta on crusty bread. An indeterminate that matures 80 days from transplant.
