These mustard greens offer vibrant, frilly, light green leaves that are deeply serrated. It has a very mild bite at baby leaf stage with the flavour intensifing and becoming sweetly pungent as the leaves grow larger. Baby leaves add a volume, punch and intrigue to your salad and the larger leaves are ideal in a soup or stir-fry, or also sautéed with onions, garlic and sesame oil. 20 days to maturity for baby cut, 40 days for mature leaves.
