A sugar snap pea bred by Jim Baggett at Oregon State University, these 3' vines pump out crisp green 3" pods of sweet snap peas. No shelling required. It ripens about a week later than Sugar Ann, so grown in combination it will lengthen your snap pea harvest - and who doesn't want more peas over the pea season? Pick them frequently for best results. If they make it from the garden to the kitchen (they're oh so delicious right off the vine) toss them in salad with oil and feta. Yum. 65 days to maturity.
