Origanum heracleoticum
A hardy perennial that is low growing and gets established pretty quickly and easily. Start the seeds indoors in spring and transplant out in late May and it will come back every spring, or grow in a pot if you prefer. Ubiquitous in Mediterranean (and Wolfe Island) cooking and we think every garden should have some!
