Capsicum annuum
Smooth, 4-6" long peppers that ripen from green to golden yellow. Plants grow to 1', making it worthwhile for container growing. The heat of this pepper develops as it takes on colour, with its Scoville units clocking in at 30,000 to 50,000, it's twice as hot as red cayenne. Currently our hottest pepper on offer. Use it fresh fresh, pickled them or dry into flakes for year-round use. 90 days to maturity.
