Kale three ways
A simple preparation of kale, blanched and sauteed in olive oil with garlic and chilis, makes a quick and healthy side dish. Especially good with Scarlet kale, but Smooth German works just as well. Try it with fresh kale out of the garden or in winter with your kale frozen from the fall!
Tossed with pasta, like penne or farfelle topped with grated cheese - yum.
Or as the base for a frittata with cheddar.
